Old, cane-pruned vines struggle in the vineyard's harsh environment and low-nutrient soils, generating thick skins and naturally low yields. Full-bodied with firm, grippy tannins and flavors of dried herbs and spice blended with hints of cedar and pine. Earthy and savory, but still full of fruit
