Les Ardilles is majority Pinot Noir with a small percentage of Gamay from sandy clay soils with silex over limestone in Cheverny. The palate is elegant, light and fresh with black cherry and raspberry, chalky and bright velvety tannins and firm acidity. The finish is clean and long with ripe black fruits, minerals and citrus. A pure and delicious natural wine.
