Made with a deep respect for the land, the duo’s wines are sustainably farmed without chemical weeding. Elegant on the attack, the 2021 vintage is quite weighty in the mouth, a pleasing rondeur, peach and dried apricot notes towards the finish. Not long term, but this is quite delicious.
