An Alsatian blend from the California Coast! The winemaker was inspired by travels through Alsace to create a true "Edelzwicker"- blend(zwicker) composed of noble(edel) varieties. Rested on the skins for only 6-hours, this extremely light orange is pale gold in glass and pure gold on the palate. Flavors of pear, lychee and apple jump out of the glass begging for the next sip!
