Classic to the core but without any off notes sometimes found in young agricoles. Instead the rhum is all polish with a perky profile that includes notes of cut grass, toasted coconut, sweet parsley, green olives, lime peels and sorrel tea. Easily the best value in category at the moment from one of the island's top distillers.
