A bright and brilliant straw-yellow hue with a fine bouquet of peach and apricot accompanied by toasty-vanilla nuances of the barrel. Generous, rich and fresh, enhanced by a nice vibrant finish. The grapes are harvested by hand. Native yeast fermentation in 50% used barrels and 50% stainless steel vats with bâtonnage. Aged 15 months in the same vessels.
