This delicious Chablis comes from 36 year old vines. Aging is done 90% in stainless steel 10% in French oak for a period of 12 months. The wine has a deep golden color, charming nose with notes of freshly squeezed grapefruit, a touch of ripe lime, hint of minerals, vanilla and stone fruit. Round smooth body, with crispy fresh acidity and a lovely delicious finish.
