This is a mineral-driven Sancerre. Aromas of white rose petal, peach skin, Golden Delicious apple and crushed stone open on the nose along with baby's breath and white blossom. The palate is steely in texture and wet-stone forward with an underlayer of freshly-baked pear-and-apple tart. Pair with oysters, crab cake and roasted chicken.
