A unaged rum made from fresh sugarcane juice. Flavors of sugarcane, citrus fruit and light floral notes make up the nose and palate. A potent alternative to mezcal, thanks to its robust and grassy flavor. After a three day fermentation and three month resting period, the result is an unadulterated cane rhum with a fresh floral scent and a remarkably clean and dry finish.
