Special Sauvignon Blanc. This comes from a single 65 year old vineyard in Les Loges farmed organically, hand harvested and wild fermented in steel and cement where it also ages for 8-10 months. On the full side of medium bodied with ripe tangerine, smoky beeswax and wildflowers. This wine is drinking beautifully right now, but will age for another decade plus.
