Sourced form two historic sites - Drazey and Gamaires - this Pinot is drawn from old 1950s vines. With 80% whole cluster fermentation, the wine exudes fragrant floral lift - violet, rose petals - layered over spicy red berries and mineral tension. The palate is medium-bodied, precise and refined with polished tannins, salty minerality, and a persistent finish.
