Cambados is a boutique urban winery created by Winemaker Antonio Galiñanes Fernández. It is made from Albariño grapes from vineyards situated only 10 meters above sea level with soil composed of fine granite particles and sand. The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation and aging occur in stainless steel, protecting the delicate minerality of this Atlantic-influenced wine.
