This dry Riesling comes from very old vines, some more than 50 years old from one of the greatest sites for Riesling anywhere in the US. A brisk, almost steely wine, this shows intense scents and flavors of grapefruit and citrus rind, with dried apricot and lychee notes. This is a gorgeous food wine with everything from spicy Thai curries to sashimi and fresh garden salads.
