A new release from Vito Lauria of Gebbia in Northern Sicily. Ambratu is a blend of Catarrato from high elevation vineyards macerated for 14 days seasoned with lower elevation Zibibbo macerated for 20 days. Texture and grip paired with freshness and lift: citrus peel, grapefruit, tea leaf, black pepper, almond butter and white flowers.
