This is a traditional Dolcetto that emphasizes well the characteristics of a wine obtained from a careful and powerful vinification. The color is ruby with violet reflections. The scent is intensive and lengthy with fresh fruit aromas and accentuated presence of wild cherry. The wine is well structured with an agreeable combination of acidity and a typical bitter aftertaste.
