Traditional “saignée” method is used – where the crushed red grapes undergo a 10 hours cold soak until the desired color is achieved. Dry, round and full of finesse. Very aromatic with aromas of red berries and citrus. An elegant, balanced mouthfeel is marked by firm acidity.
