This exceptional wine is a selection from the oldest vines of the domaine with an average age in excess of seventy (70) years. The cuvaison generally continues for 12 days. The wine is racked into vat but also spends several months aging large oak casks before it is bottled. The limited yields from the old vines produce a wine of great character: structured but generous.
