This wine is marked by soft, yet palpable tannin; a fresh almost strawberry aroma with hints of black cherries and mint. Barkan Pinot Noir has a medium body and crisp finish and goes well with grilled salmon or veal. Has been produced in a similar fashion to the fine red wines of Burgundy. Kosher for Passover
