Alexandra and Frédéric Chaudière, of the Château Pesquié family, started Le Paradou in 05. They have decided to focus on the unusual, and have created a range of fresh and sexy wines. Think warm summer evenings outside on the terrace, or an alfresco lunch with friends. There’s just something joyous about the delicate light pink color and refreshingly zingy fruity flavors.
