Domaine de Fondrèche is one of the most well-known domaines in Ventoux, probably because winemaker Sébastien Vincenti has vines growing in the best sites of the appellation. Beautifully pure, with notions of citrus blossom, peach and strawberry, the wine is focused and crisp on the palate in a lean, tight and refreshing style.
