This pure and expressive rosé evokes the clay and limestone hillside slopes of the Languedoc’s increasingly important Minervois AOC. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault, the wine features raspberry and strawberry fruit on the nose and a bright and fresh palate.
