This small domaine in the village of Beaumes de Venise is run by two brothers, Patrick and Vincent Soard, fourth-generation vignerons. The organically-farmed vineyards are spread out among seven nearby communes. This wine is a blend of 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah that get their pale pink color from saignee. Floral and fruity, this is a fresh, delightful pink to hel
