Dave Phinney of ORIN SWIFT
The latest whiskey project from the famed winemaker was initally aged 9 years in American oak barrels before seeing additional maturation in Papillion barrels.
The whiskey was cut with water from a natural hillside spring found on Phinney's property 2,000 feet above California's Alexander Valley.
