From our favored Tourain estate in the middle Loire region. It is a Rose de Pressee from hand picked grapes. Vinified in 400 litre oak casts. A great dark salmon color exhibiting white peach and pear aromas with a fresh and harmonious mouthfeel full of watermelon, raspberry and strawberries with a subtle peppery note and tart acidity.
