2015 is very high toned with unusual oral characteristics and a clean, wet-stone minerality - right up there with the best we have ever made. Not a grapefruit or passion fruit in sight, which is great. Rich enough to match with white meats, tuna or swordfish but equally at home with shellfish & other seafood.
