Grown on 2 hectares of 8-12 year old vines on a south/southwest hillside facing the Pyrénées. Clay-limestone soils. Destemmed, 6-8 day maceration, then vinification and elevage in large concrete tanks for 6-8 months. A soft, easy drinking red wine from the Southwest, great for barbecues and other gatherings or a weeknight meal.
