Made of 100% whole clusters in the classic Gigondas-style and raised in a concrete egg from nearly 80-year-old vines grown on sandy soils, this wine is oozing with red and purple fruits, lavender, white pepper and a touch of smokiness. Tight tannins, plump juiciness and a near perfect acidity on the finish.
