This small production Chardonnay is one of our best values. Rich unoaked Central Coast fruit that offers a great deal of complexity with a clean profile. They don't use oak or malolactic fermentation so the Honeysuckle and White Peach and Tropical flavors leap from the glass. While the wine is resting on the lees they stir it which gives a wonderfully rich mouth feel.
