Rémi and his wife Laurence started purchasing their first hectares of vineyards around Brouilly as early as 2006. Right from the start, Rémi would work the soils according to organic principles and sold his grapes to the local cooperative. At that time, he already resorted to ambient yeasts to start the fermentation process. In 2010, he decided to bottle his own wines. This Brouilly is bursting with flowers, and while the wine is more muscular than his others, it is one of the most finesse-ful and light Brouilly we have ever tasted.
