Bohigas is a very high quality producer of Cava as well as table wines. Xarel-lo, the basis for most Cavas, can be a little green and lacking in character when made as a table wine. Unless, of course, it is carefully grown and harvested when fully ripe. This white is very mineral, with clean, precise flavors joining an elegant texture.
