Hand sorted and whole cluster pressed with a touch of botrytis. The wine slowly and coolly fermented in stainless steel more than 100 days. There was no malolactic fermentation. Lychee, green apple, lime notes on the nose, with flavors of green apple, guava, blood orange zest on the palate. Finishes with bright acidity and mineral notes.
