Bright and vibrant bouquet of cherries, pomegranate, a touch of nuttiness, beautiful soil tones, hints of mustard seed and thyme and a very discreet bass note of oak spice. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and more emblematic of the vintage than the nose suggests, with a plush core of fruit, a good dollop of soil, a touch of backend tannin. Excellent wine.
