A full, sweet and aromatic sherry. Well rounded, with a dark, mahogany colour. Smooth and very intense on the palate. It is a blend of old dry olorosos and sweet Pedro Ximenez; matured in the sloera system for seven years.

Can be served at room temperature or over ice as an aperitif or a classic dessert wine.
