Sylvain Pataille is one of the established young guns of Burgundy who believes in organic and biodynamic farming practices. He also is a proponent of stem inclusion and whole cluster fermentations with his Pinot Noirs. From the stellar 2014 vintage, this Bourgogne rouge features ripe red and dark fruit integrated with an underlying minerality, all woven within a solid frame.
