Local vintner, John Balistreri's wines are made completely natural - without the use of chemicals or sulfites. All grapes are sourced from the western slope of Colorado, or sometimes Lodi California. This Vermentino spends several weeks on the skin and is not filtered. This gives it a large amount of body and structure compared to typical white wine.
