This is a blend crafted from the best vineyard sites (Freedom Hill, Sojourner, Temperance Hill, Clos Oiseaux & Lewman Vineyard). It's elegant and polished, with both red and black fruit notes layered with the power and depth. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels with 30% of them new. The wine is unfined & unfiltered.
