Classic Chablis from a classic vintage. Elegant, leesy mouthfeel, with ripe notes of Bartlett pear and yellow apple fruit. Certainly ample Chablis acidity, but not to the point of overshadowing the lovely ripe fruit component. All stainless fermented, capturing the racy elegance of the vintage without subjecting it to unnecessary wood.
