The Carillon name is synonymous with the village of Puligny-Montrachet in Burgundy. For years Francois tended the vines of his family's properties throughout the village, and with the passing of his father, carries on the legend of Carillon in Puligny. The wines are all about tension and richness.. a perfect interplay of balance of oak, fruit, and acidity.
