When Louis of Dom. Louis Carillon retired, the family decided to divide the vineyard holdings, with son François establishing Dom. François Carillon with his portion of land. The result is an impressive wine, with a spicy nose and some minerality. Clean citrus fruit is backed by a lovely backbone of cream and saline, with oaky spiciness dancing around the edges. Rich finish.
