Pierre has been farming and making wine in Bourgueil since 1979, in the village of Benais. He, his wife, Catherine, and his son, Rodolphe, do all of the work by hand. Certified organic since 2000. Bright red fruit and classic Cabernet Franc bramble highlight this fresh, delicious wine. Meant to be consumed young with soft tannins, juicy acidity, and delicate minerality.
