Aged for 24 months on its lees, this is an outstanding alternative to Champagne and Cremant. Grown in the Muscadet region (but can’t be called Muscadet as it’s sparkling.) Biodynamic grower. Boasts good richness (more than you’d expect from a low dosage sparkling from Muscadet). Smell and taste red apples, ripe lemons, peaches and pears. Light toast and cream on a long finish.
