This blended wine has layers of complexity with a good balance of tannin and acidity. Aromas of plum, maraschino cherry and sweet tobacco are complimented by a rich roasted coffee bean and cocoa powder finish. The winemaker blends rich Cabernet Sauvignon with soft Merlot for a balanced mouth feel while adding Cabernet Franc for aroma and Malbec for color.
