Fermented in wooden oak vats, and aged for 10mo in used barriques; after the assemblage, the wine was stored in 3,000-liter foudres. It has 12.5% alc. Very spicy and still closed on the nose, with dark cherries and berries. Silky textured, fresh and elegant, this is a medium-bodied, fresh and fruity, firmly structured wine with present tannins and a classic Claret taste.
