Aged for a year in a combination of 500L French oak barrels and concrete tanks. Bright violet color. Fresh, intensely perfumed aromas of dark fruit preserves, smoky minerals and dried flowers. Dense yet lively and sharply focused, offering powerful cherry and floral pastille flavors lifted by juicy acidity. Finishes on a spicy note, with subtle tannins.
