Las Uvas de la Ira wants to showcase the typicity of the village of El Real de San Vicente. Red berry fruit and something citric and aromas and sensations akin to berry kernels and wet stones. The palate is vivacious, with fine tannins, a lively texture that shows energy and a minerality that might remind of chalk. The village has granite soils at some 750 meters altitude.
