This is a very important wine to the region of Lazio, as it highlights the only native red grape variety to the area--Cesanese di Affile. With vineyards that sit at over 1200 feet above sea level, Caslae della Ioria is a featured producer of the area. Pleasant, elegant with fine integrated tannins.
