This rosé is made from our oldest Tibouren vines. After fermentation the wine is aged on the lees under fleurette for 1 year in 1500L, 100-year-old foudres. Intense color, on the nose it is spicy with hints of quince and roasted nuts. The palate is bold and fresh with a long finish.
