Bending but not breaking, the delicate, floral and fruity taste of Ommegang and HBO's collaboration of Game of Thrones preludes a season of whimsy, delicacy and lightness. But there's a strong side that packs a breadth of power and a sweet side to bring balance. Like the show, this beer is no less shy with complexity.
