The 2015 Ramato is a blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer inspired by the traditional macerated wines of the Mezzolombardo plain and the idiosyncratic concoctions of Marcel Deiss. This wine plays with density and vitality, darkness and light in a way that is disarming and utterly unexpected.
