The wine always leads with great aromatics leaning towards Asian spices, sweet kirsch and crushed strawberry fruits gently layered with subtle floral notes. Due to the deep Jory soil making up more than half of this site, the wine tends to be quite lush, almost opulent with medium tannins and a long elegant finish. Fermentation is done with ambient yeasts .
